The Lake Shore City Council will act on the following item at their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, July 26th at 7:00 PM, City Hall.
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: The City Council will act on an Ordinance amendment to the Lake Shore Land Use Map. The Amendment involves rezoning Part of Lot 5, Block 1, Auditor’s Plat of Rocky Point from Wooded Residential to Low Density Residential (an area of 5 acres in size).
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT: The City Council will act on an Ordinance amendment to the Lake Shore Land Use Map. The Amendment involves rezoning Part of Government Lot 4, Section 32, Township 135, Range 29 (known as Lykins Pinehurst Resort) from Waterfront Commercial to Medium Density Residential (an area of 9 acres in size).
