HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT

To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Shore will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 5:30 PM on September 26, 2022, to consider the making of an improvement on Springside Drive, from the end of the city-maintained portion of the bituminous pavement to the vacated portion of Springside Drive, approximately 200 feet in total length by upgrading the existing roadway, including bituminous surfacing, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement are the abutting property owners along Springside Drive. The estimated cost of the improvement is $53,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
