NOTICE OF
HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - CITY OF LAKE SHORE
COUNTY OF CASS, STATE OF MINNESOTA
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Shore will meet in the council chambers of Lake Shore City Hall at 6:00 PM on February 24, 2020, to consider the making of an improvement on Port View Road located west of County 107 to the municipal boundary, approximately 5000 feet in total length by upgrading the existing roadway with bituminous surfacing, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement are the abutting property owners along Port View Road and the benefitting property owners off the maintained portion of the roadway. The estimated cost of the improvement is $176,600.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
