NOTICE OF
HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT CITY OF LAKE SHORE COUNTY OF CASS STATE OF MINNESOTA
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Shore will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 6:30 PM on October 26, 2020, to consider the making of an improvement on Robinhood Way between the intersection with Little John Road to the northern end of the City maintained segment of Robinhood Way, approximately 2525 feet in total length by upgrading the existing roadway, including bituminous surfacing, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement are the abutting property owners along Robinhood Way. The estimated cost of the improvement is $219,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. Persons not wanting to meet in person will have the option to participate telephonically by dialing (218) 454-4000 and when prompted enter 163400 or by submitting written comments or emails to the city. Social distancing and masks will be required at city hall.
