NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - CITY OF LAKE SHORE - COUNTY OF CASS - STATE OF MINNESOTA

To Whom It May Concern:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Shore will meet via ZOOM at 6:30 PM on August 24, 2020, to consider the making of an improvement on Robinhood Way between the intersection with Little John Road to the northern end of the City maintained segment of Robinhood Way, approximately 2525 feet in total length by upgrading the existing roadway, including bituminous surfacing, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement are the abutting property owners along Robinhood Way. The estimated cost of the improvement is $219,000.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting via ZOOM or by submitting written comments or emails to the city (please see below due COVID-19 Pandemic).

There will be no physical site where members of the public can participate in the public meeting if they choose to. Instead, Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.021 Subd. 3 Notice is hereby given that members of the public shall be allowed to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location. Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting are directed to download the ZOOM application from https://www.zoom.us/. The application is free to use. Members of the public are encouraged to download the program in advance of the meeting and to familiarize themselves so that there is no delay in access.
