TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Lake Shore Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will hear the following applications at their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, December 11th at 9:00 AM, City Hall.
VARIANCE: Troy Stenerson requests a variance to construct a 1864 square foot single story home with a 612 square foot attached garage where three corners of the home will not meet the 75’ lake setback. The setbacks range from 71’-73’ from Gull Lake; In addition the applicant is proposing an eight foot wide deck on the lakeside at a setback of 63’ and a covered stoop at a setback of 25’ from the road right of way. The property is described as Lot 2, Block 1and Outlot C, Gull Lake Narrows (the site address is 8181 Harold Lane). The property is zoned Medium Density Residential.
VARIANCE: Greg Miller on behalf of Craig and Lynn Loehr request a variance to construct a 178 square foot addition and relocate the existing deck at a setback of less than 30’ from the top of bluff. All other setbacks will be met. The property is described as Lot 4 and Part of Lot 3, Pine Point (site address is 8020 Ridge Road). The property is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2).
