The Lake Shore Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will hear the following applications at their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, May 11th at 9:00 am, City Hall.
PRELIMINARY PLAT: Robert Hendrickson and siblings request approval for a preliminary plat known as Hendrickson Addition to Lake Shore consisting of six residential lots (2 lake lots and four off-lake lots). The property has approximately 20.35 acres of land. The property is described as Part of Government Lot 1, Section 4, Township 135, Range 29. The property is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2) and Low Density Residential (R-1).
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID 19, this meeting will be held by telephonic means. The dial in number is (218) 454-4000 with participant number 163400. In addition, notice relative to the above listed requests are sent to all property owners within 500 feet of the applicant’s property. Please share this information with your neighbors in the event any property owners have been missed or that our records are not correct. Additional information on the above applications may be obtained at City Hall.
