TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The Lake Shore Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will hear the following applications at their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, September 12th at 9:00 AM, City Hall.


VARIANCE: Steven Sullivan requests a variance to construct a 250 square foot garage addition onto the north side of the existing structure and a 10’x10’ covered entry. The existing attached garage will be converted to living space. The proposed garage addition will meet the lake setback of 75 feet but will not meet the 30’ bluff setback. The garage addition will meet the sideyard and road right of way setbacks. Impervious coverage will not be exceeded.The property is described as Lots 4 through 7, Block 10 of Tingdale Brothers Sherwood Forest (site address is 8377 Nottingham Road). The property is zoned Medium Density Residential.
