REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF LAKE SHORE WHICH WILL OCCUR BY OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS

The City Council will hold its regular meeting on July 27, 2020 beginning at 7:00 PM by ZOOM because of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the peacetime state of emergency declared by Governor Tim Walz. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.021 Subd. 1, the Mayor of the City of Lake Shore has determined that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent and that it is unfeasible due to the pandemic and state of emergency for members of the public, members of the body, chief legal counsel or chief administrative officer to be physically present at the regular meeting location, Lake Shore City Hall 8583 Interlachen Road, Lake Shore, MN 56468.

All City Council Members in attendance will appear by other technological means. All votes shall be roll-call votes pursuant to Statute so that each City Council Member’s vote on each issue can be identified. All members of the body shall be able to hear one another and all discussion and testimony.

There will be no physical site where members of the public can participate in the public meeting if they choose to. Instead, Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.021 Subd. 3 Notice is hereby given that members of the public shall be allowed to monitor the meeting electronically from a remote location. Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting are directed to download the ZOOM application from https://www.zoom.us/. The application is free to use. Members of the public are encouraged to download the program in advance of the meeting and to familiarize themselves so that there is no delay in access.

Members of the public may also participate in the meeting via telephone without downloading the ZOOM application by calling +1 312 626 6799 and entering meeting identification number 844 3197 1659 utilizing password 479947.
