VISIT LAKE SHORE

ENJOY THE LAKES

Most of the northern portion of the Gull Lake chain is located in Lake Shore. These lakes include Gull Lake, Lake Margaret, Upper Gull Lake, Bass Lake, and Spider Lake. This chain does connect to two additional lakes: Roy Lake and Nisswa Lake. A portion of Agate Lake is also located in Lake Shore. With this much water, lake activities are truly endless in Lake Shore. Boat, swim, fish, ski, wake board, wake surf, dine on the lake, or just sit on a dock and take it all in.

Want to bring your own boat? A public boat launch is located across from Zorbaz on Country Road 77. 

FRITZ LOVEN PARK

For those who love nature, including tall trees, a babbling brook and wildlife, Fritz Loven Park in Lake Shore is a must-see. Whether you’re looking for solitude or a great place for a family picnic, this 80-acre park offers something for everyone, including scenic Stony Brook, a picnic pavilion with electrical outlets, a playground, restrooms, and trails for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

To find Fritz Loven Park: From Highway 371 in Nisswa, go west on County Road 77 into Lake Shore to Cass County Road 78 at Bar Harbor. Go right on Cass County Road 78 and then right on Ridge Road. Ridge Road will take you right into the parking lot of Fritz Loven Park.

World class golfing is just a stone's throw in almost any direction. Many resorts in the area boast some of MN's best golf courses.
