TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Lake Shore Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will hear the following applications at their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, October 9th at 9:00 AM, City Hall.
VARIANCE: Kyle and Meleah Holbrook request a variance to construct a 24’x18’ attached garage at a setback of less than 30’ from the road right of way of Pine Point Road and less than 30’ from the top of bluff. The property is described as Lot 26 and Part of Lot 25, Pine Point (site address is 8088 Pine Point Road). The property is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2).
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT: Tyler Falk requests a conditional use permit to construct a 784 square foot garage addition to the existing garage. The total square footage of the proposed garage is 1360 square feet. A conditional use permit is required for detached accessory structures between 1201 square feet and 2000 square feet. All ordinance requirements will be met. The property is legally described as Lot 15, Shaffers Upper Gull Lake Addition (site address is 7741 Lost Lake Trail). The property is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2).
